Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trezure mobile application, website, browser extension, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing, or using Trezure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Description of the Service

Trezure is a digital wishlist and product discovery platform that allows users to create wishlists, share product recommendations, and link to third party retailers. The Service may allow users to share wishlists publicly or privately and browse products through external retailers. Trezure does not sell products and does not process retail transactions.

Eligibility

Users must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to create an account. Users under eighteen (18) should use the Service only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Account Registration and Security

Users must create an account using an email address and password. Phone number may optionally be provided for enhanced account recovery and contact features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity conducted under their account. Users must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

Gift Profile and Personal Information

Users may create a Gift Profile containing personal preferences, clothing sizes, favorite colors, allergies, dietary restrictions, hobbies, and other gift-related information. This information is optional. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their Gift Profile information and may update or delete it at any time. Gift Profiles may be visible to others with whom you share wishlists, subject to your privacy settings.

User Conduct

Users agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include attempting to gain unauthorized system access, distributing malicious software, engaging in fraud, or interfering with the functionality of the Service.

Wishlists and Public Sharing

Users may create wishlists that can be private or publicly shared. If a user chooses to share a wishlist publicly, the user acknowledges that anyone with the link may view the list. Users should avoid including sensitive personal information.

Contact Management and User Search

Users may add contacts by name, email address, and/or phone number to coordinate gift-giving. Contact information is stored securely and used only for wishlist sharing and gift coordination. The Service includes a user search feature; you may control your discoverability through your account privacy settings.

Notifications and Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional emails, in-app notifications, and web push notifications related to your account, wishlists, gift coordination, and Service updates. You may opt out of non-essential notifications through your account settings.

Group Gifting and Chip In

The "Chip In" feature allows multiple users to coordinate contributions toward a group gift. Trezure does not process, hold, or transfer funds. Users must arrange payment directly between themselves using external payment services. Pledges are non-binding commitments between users, and Trezure is not responsible for payment disputes between group members.

Third Party Retailers

Products displayed within Trezure may link to third party retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, or other merchants. Trezure does not manufacture, sell, ship, or fulfill products. All purchases occur directly between the user and the retailer.

Affiliate Disclosure

Trezure participates in affiliate marketing programs, including but not limited to CJ Affiliate and other third-party affiliate networks. As an affiliate, Strez Free Solutions LLC earns commissions from qualifying purchases made through links on this platform, at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships never influence our editorial content or product recommendations.

Advertising

The Service may display advertisements from third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. Free tier (Ruby) users will see advertisements periodically. Premium subscribers (Emerald tier) enjoy an ad-free experience.

AI-Powered Features

The Service includes AI-powered features such as "Marks," the conversational gift-finding assistant. When using AI features, your queries, preferences, wishlist data, and Gift Profile information may be processed by third-party AI service providers (including OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude) to generate recommendations. AI-generated suggestions are provided for informational purposes only.

Subscriptions

Certain features may require a paid subscription (Emerald tier). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. No refunds will be issued for any subscription payments. If you cancel, you retain Emerald benefits until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to Ruby (free) tier. For billing questions contact support@strezfree.com.

Data Storage

User data may be stored locally on user devices and within secure cloud-based infrastructure. Although reasonable safeguards are implemented, the Company cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or protection against all data loss.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, and platform design elements are owned by or licensed to Strez Free Solutions LLC. Users may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strez Free Solutions LLC shall not be liable for product defects, merchant disputes, shipping delays, incorrect product information, pricing inaccuracies, or losses arising from third party retailers.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Strez Free Solutions LLC, its employees, affiliates, and partners from any claims arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Service should first be attempted to be resolved informally. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court litigation where permitted by law.

Class Action Waiver

Users agree that legal claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create legal or operational risk for the platform.

Changes to Terms

The Company may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
